CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Procurement Analyst (Specialist) to join the team to one of the most amazing clients globally to cover Maternity Leave period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement of the soft and hard services within the account, dedicated to one of or main clients based in Denmark. Reporting to Global Soft Services Lead.
Role Summary
- Work closely with operations teams on Account with regards to Supply Chain Management, Promoting compliance and processes.
- Develop a category strategy for categories covering up to 80% of 3rd party spend. Analyse spend data to develop trends and key focus areas.
- Manage risk through streamlining of compliance processes, educating the account and suppliers with trainings and sharing best practice.
- Ownership and management of selected Key Strategic and Preferred Suppliers. This involves monthly and quarterly reviews and management of these suppliers on the ongoing basis.
- Under the guidance of the Global Soft Services Lead and Supply Chain platform in country, work on solution development by tendering service lines for bid proposals.
- Support with transitions.
- Support and approve onboarding of suppliers required for the account. Support with ongoing due diligence of existing supply chain.
- Build and manage supplier relationships through engagement events, KPIs, governance meetings and utilisation of CBRE systems.
- Support with the improvement and deployment of new solutions, innovation and implementation of new ideas and solutions for the client.
- Support and implement savings and manage Value Track .
- Increase Supplier Diversity % at the account and drive sustainability to meet client objectives.
- Drive saving initiatives and implement and manage glidepath savings.
- D&I Support to enhance diversity on the account and teams.
- Any other activities required and requested by client and Global Soft Services Lead.
Experience Required
- Excellent systems and process understanding,
- At least 2 years relevant experience within facilities management and fundamental understanding of supply chain management, management of soft services, hard services and FM industry environment.
- Excellent communication skills with focus on relationship driven approach
- Supplier Performance Management
- Individually focussed but with team player skills
- Understanding of compliance and supply chain related risks
- Proficiency in English required to communicate with client, suppliers and manager.
Dimensions
- Some in country travel may be required for team meetings, supplier meetings and attending all client locations in country regularly.
- Based on client site (Copenhagen and Southern Denmark) with ability to be on CBRE main office when required and flexible working.
