What you'll do

About the role Are you passionate about process improvement, automation, and connecting business needs with technology? Do you enjoy understanding how things work end-to-end, challenging inefficient ways of working, and turning ideas into practical digital solutions? We are looking for a Process Integration Specialist to join our team and help drive business efficiency, data quality, and automation across our Nordic service and administrative processes. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping our organisation move from manual and fragmented ways of working towards connected, scalable, and transparent processes. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping our organisation move from manual and fragmented ways of working towards connected, scalable, and transparent processes. As a Process Integration Specialist, you will help analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement automation and integrations that create measurable value. A key goal of your work will be reducing duplicate work, improving data quality, increasing transparency, and making processes easier to manage and scale. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and global automation teams. Your ability to understand both business challenges and technical possibilities will be essential in turning requirements into robust solutions. We believe technology should support people, reduce repetitive work, and augment human decision-making. You will therefore play an important role in making sure our automation solutions are practical, reliable, and user-focused. What you will be doing

  • Analyse and describe end-to-end and sub-processes across service, finance, order-to-cash, logistics, and support functions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, optimise, standardise, and automate processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure Logic Apps, SharePoint Agents, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, including data structures (XML/JSON), interfaces and exception handling.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation covering process designs, automation logic, integrations, and operational procedures.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and global automation teams, ensuring solutions align with architecture, security, and governance requirements.
  • Support integrations with external systems and business partners, including procurement and ordering technologies such as cXML, OCI, and Peppol.
  • Proactively challenge manual, repetitive, and error-prone ways of working and contribute to a continuous improvement and automation mindset across the organisation.
  • Help ensure that automation delivers tangible business value while maintaining quality, compliance, and a positive user experience.

You will ideally have We are looking for someone with a curious mindset and a strong desire to learn and improve. You understand business needs, think analytically, and have a genuine interest in technology and how it can create value. You have:

  • Proven experience in process optimisation, automation, process integration, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B service or operations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and SharePoint Agents.
  • Good understanding of data formats and integration concepts, including XML, JSON, APIs, and REST principles.
  • Experience analysing and improving business processes and workflows.
  • A basic understanding of procurement and order integration standards such as cXML, OCI, and Peppol.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation skills and a strong focus on quality.
  • The ability to navigate complex organisational structures, governance models, and stakeholder environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • A natural curiosity and a mindset of continuously asking: “Is there a better way to do this?”
  • The ability to influence, guide, and challenge stakeholders without relying on formal management authority.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage. Equivalent professional experience is also highly relevant.

Who will thrive in this role? You are someone who is naturally curious, structured, and pragmatic. You enjoy digging into a process to understand what is really happening, not just what the process documentation says. You can move comfortably between a conversation with a business user about a frustrating manual task and a technical discussion about APIs, data structures, integrations, or automation architecture. You don't just ask “Can we automate this?” You ask “Should we automate this, what value will it create, and what is the best way to do it?” If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
