Private Equity Associate

We are supporting an established investment firm seeking to expand its investment team in Stockholm. This opportunity is suited to an ambitious investment professional with 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, looking to develop a career in infrastructure investing. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities across infrastructure and related sectors
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
• Support transaction execution, due diligence, and investment processes
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations
• Conduct market research and assess investment opportunities
• Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment lifecycle

Ideal Candidate

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills
• Exposure to M&A, transaction advisory, or investment-related projects
• Interest in infrastructure and long-term investing
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate
