Principal Value & Access/HTA - Sweden

Stockholm, Sweden | Full time | Office-based | R1561361 Job Overview As Principal, Value & Access Sweden in the Nordic Consulting and Analytics Solutions team, you will help strengthen and expand our Nordic Value & Access consulting capabilities. You will work directly with life sciences clients as a senior advisor, helping them navigate reimbursement strategy, HTA and payer requirements, evidence needs, and value communication in an evolving Swedish and Nordic market access environment. In this role, you will create, manage, and deliver high-quality consulting engagements, while identifying new business opportunities and building trusted client relationships. You will also help develop new or enhanced offerings that combine IQVIA’s local expertise, data assets, commercialization capabilities, and international experience. This is an opportunity to help build the next stage of our Nordic Value & Access business, working with clients and colleagues to develop practical, high-quality solutions in a market where access strategy, evidence requirements, and payer expectations continue to evolve. Role Description As Principal, Value & Access, your main focus will be to develop client relationships, shape new business opportunities and ensure high-quality project delivery across Swedish and Nordic market access engagements. Accountabilities

• Acting as principal owner of strategic client engagements, i.e., from initial conversations to understand client needs, followed by the development of the right solutions to address these needs and overseeing project delivery
• Creating and elevating new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work as well as new opportunities with existing and new client organisations
• Identifying opportunities for selling our integrated solutions (projects including multiple offerings e.g. P&MA strategy, HEOR/HTA support to prepare for P&R submissions, evidence strategy)
• Engaging closely with project teams across the Nordics and global organization in the design, development, and delivery of projects ensuring the full complement of IQVIA capabilities and solutions are utilised to address complex client issues
• Establishing a culture of excellence and ensuring delivery of accurate and high-quality work which meets or exceeds client expectations
• Remaining current on industry, clients, and competitive trends and directions in order to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues with assigned clients
• Mentoring, coaching, and sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
• Serving as a development lead to 3-4 staff

Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Master’s Degree.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries with a focus on HTA or HEOR.
• Proven ability to build relationships, identify client pain points, and develop custom solutions targeted at Market Access / Health economics stakeholders.
• A track record of driving business development sales, and offering development
• An established network of contacts in the Swedish and Nordic pharmaceutical industry and payers.
• Applies structured analytical thinking to complex, ambiguous information and develops clear, evidence-based conclusions.
• Communicates clearly and credibly in written and spoken formats, adapting messages to different audiences and using structured, concise arguments to build relationships and support business development.
• Understands how a global company creates value, including how revenue, costs, investments, and resources are managed to support profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.
• Builds supportive relationships within a team, based on trust and respect. Listens to others, adapts to different work styles, and focuses on shared goals. Willing to challenge others and accept challenges to achieve the best results for the team.
