Principal Global Product Manager Wiring Devices Nordics & Baltics Home Solutions is a significant part of Schneider Electric’s business in the Nordic region, and our Wiring Devices portfolio is entering an important period of transformation. We are looking for a Global Product Manager who can help shape what comes next. You will take responsibility for Wiring Devices across the Nordics and Baltics, working with established brands, experienced colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries. This is not a role where every process and answer is already defined. Markets are changing, portfolios are evolving and several transformation initiatives are underway. You will need to connect customer needs, commercial priorities and portfolio strategy, then create the structure and actions needed to move the business forward. Responsibilities:

• Drive profitable growth by leading the lifecycle of Wiring Devices ranges across the Nordics and Baltics.
• Develop and execute portfolio and marketing roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor and customer insights.
• Translate customer needs and use cases into compelling value propositions and clear priorities.
• Lead product launches, portfolio changes and commercial marketing activities.
• Collaborate across sales, country organizations and global teams to align priorities and execution.
• Bring structure and direction to complex topics, balancing immediate needs with longer-term ambitions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product marketing, offer or portfolio management, or a related commercial role.
• Understands product lifecycle management and can turn customer and market insights into strong value propositions and commercial actions.
• Works effectively across functions, countries and stakeholder groups.
• Can simplify complex topics into clear recommendations and practical next steps.
• Is proactive, adaptable and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
• Builds trust through collaboration, openness and clear communication.
• Has strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is required.
