Pricing Manager

AddSecure is strengthening its pricing capabilities, and we are now looking for a Pricing Manager to help us towards a more active, differentiated and data-driven pricing model. In this role, you will help shape how we price and package our solutions, strengthen pricing governance and support better commercial decision-making across the business. About The Job As Pricing Manager, you will play a central role in developing how AddSecure sets, manages and executes pricing across products and services. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management and other key stakeholders to strengthen pricing strategy, governance and commercial execution. You will also support strategic deals, develop pricing insights and help drive adoption of new pricing approaches across the organisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategy, analysis and commercial execution. What you will do:

• Own and continuously develop pricing strategy and pricing models across products and services.
• Develop differentiated pricing approaches based on customer segments, markets, offerings and customer value.
• Strengthen pricing governance through clear policies, approval levels, discount frameworks and exception processes.
• Maintain corporate price lists and lead regular price adjustments and annual indexation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce revenue leakage and strengthen commercial discipline.
• Partner with Sales and Product Management on packaging, monetisation and pricing execution.
• Support strategic and complex deals with pricing scenarios, commercial structuring and negotiation support.
• Develop and monitor key pricing insights and KPIs, including price realisation, discount levels and margin development.
• Build pricing knowledge across the organisation through frameworks, guidelines, training and coaching.
• Evaluate pricing tools, systems and automation to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability.

About You We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial understanding with analytical capability and the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and markets. You are comfortable challenging established ways of working and enjoy creating structure in an evolving area. You can move between strategic discussions, detailed analysis and practical implementation, and turn complex findings into clear recommendations and actions. We believe you have:

• Previous experience within pricing, commercial strategy or a similar commercial role.
• Experience working with different pricing models, such as value-based, competitive and cost-based pricing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with commercial and customer data.
• Strong business acumen and an understanding of how pricing impacts revenue, profitability and customer behaviour.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Product Management and other commercial stakeholders.
• The ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders in a constructive way.
• A customer-focused mindset and an interest in understanding what customers value and are willing to pay for.
• Experience from B2B technology, SaaS, IoT, telecom or another recurring-revenue environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with pricing tools, CPQ, CRM, BI or commercial analytics platforms is an advantage.
