Presales architect

We are looking for a solution architect with a strong sales mindset to support our growth in data management, integration and agentic solutions. In this role, you combine technology, consulting and sales, working closely with customers, sales teams and delivery experts to shape impactful solution proposals, support deal-making and win opportunities that create clear business value for customers. About the role As a Solution Architect, you operate at both strategic and practical levels. You work with customer stakeholders, architects, consultants, sales teams and technology partners to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and shape solutions that create measurable value. The role combines consulting, solution sales, technology partnership management, offering creation and proactive business development. You help customers develop their architectural capabilities, define roadmaps and align business and technology strategies. At the same time, you drive and contribute to offering that supports business unit strategy, respond to customer demand and create commercially viable growth opportunities. Our customer engagements vary from long-term strategic partnerships to focused advisory assignments. Depending on your background and interests, your work may lean more towards business architecture, data and information management, information architecture, integration architecture, or sales support. What you'll be doing

• Working with customers to connect business strategy, operating models and technology capabilities
• Designing practical solution architectures, roadmaps and implementation approaches together with customers and delivery teams
• Leading and facilitating solution architecture work across data, API & integration and transformation initiatives
• Helping customers improve data management, master data and architectural practices
• Acting as a trusted advisor for business and technology stakeholders
• Supporting sales and pre-sales activities by identifying opportunities and shaping customer solutions
• Defining solution scope, delivery approaches and value propositions together with sales and delivery teams
• Driving business development and offering creation proactively, aligned with business unit strategy, customer demand and selected technology partnerships
• Translating architectural concepts, data management, integration and AI capabilities into clear business benefits
• Collaborating closely with Solita's experts across Data & AI, Cloud, Software Development and Design

What we're looking for We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, architectural expertise and strong customer-facing skills. You might be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, data architecture or related strategic architecture roles
• Strong understanding of data management, API & integration architecture and data solution design
• Experience in consulting and working closely with customer stakeholders
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical development roadmaps
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to guide decision-making
• Experience or interest in solution sales, pre-sales, offering creation, proactive business development and technology partnership management
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify customer demand and turn it into new business opportunities
• Fluency in Finnish and English
