Pre Collection Specialist

Right now, we are growing rapidly and looking for a driven Collection Specialist to join our team. What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
• Handle collection-related cases via phone and email
• Inform about payment plans and follow up on repayments
• Work towards clear targets, with commission on recovered capital
• Identify recurring issues and help improve the collection process

You are persistent, structured and comfortable having direct conversations with customers. You are motivated by results, communicate professionally and know how keep our customer base happy while achieving results. Your personal drive, people skills and diligence is what will make a difference. You are laser-focused, executional and a team player. No issue is too small or too big - you’ll do whatever it takes to find a solution. Qualifications

• You must be fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Background in collections, customer service, sales, credit handling or administrative work
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and motivated by commission
