PR & Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

LISA YANG is looking for a PR & Marketing Co-ordinator to join the team in Stockholm. In this role you will be the link between the brand and journalists, stylists, influencers and brand ambassadors, helping execute PR and marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and momentum globally. Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact between LISA YANG and the media, evaluating incoming PR opportunities
• Co-ordinate media requests, sample send outs, image requests and VIP gifting
• Distribute seasonal press releases and media alerts
• Build and update the database of media contacts
• Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, stylists, brand ambassadors and the LISA YANG community
• Collate all global press and influencer coverage
• Assist with the planning and executing of press days, press launches and events
• Prepare and co-ordinate samples sets, gifting and press kits for external PR agencies
• Oversee daily communications with external PR agencies
• Schedule social media posts across all platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments on social media
• Support e-commerce with affiliate programmes
• Monitor competitor activity, consumer behaviour and emerging trends
• Compile and report performance of influencer, social media and press coverage
• Compile the monthly press and social media report

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a fashion brand or PR agency
• Confident in building relationships, with strong media and influencer contacts already in place
• Excellent knowledge of fashion and understanding of the LISA YANG brand
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a small, founder-led business with a close-knit team
• Strong time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• Solution-oriented and a natural problem solver
• Responsible with great attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
