PR & Influencer Manager Nordics

PR & Influencer Marketing manager At Wella, we’re building the next generation of beauty marketing where creators, culture, PR, community and commerce come together to drive both brand love and business growth. We are now looking for an PR & Influencer Marketing Manager in the Nordics to lead and evolve our influencer, creator and brand activation ecosystem across key beauty brands. This is not a traditional PR or influencer role. You will drive a full-funnel brand activation strategy, connecting creators, PR, events, content, social and cultural moments to drive awareness, engagement, community and commercial impact. About The Role In this role, you will lead both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of influencer and creator marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on Gen Z and Millennial audiences within beauty and fashion. You will be responsible for building impactful ambassador relationships, creator programs and activation concepts that strengthen our brands across earned, social and paid ecosystems while also supporting PR initiatives, media relations and brand storytelling around launches, events and key cultural moments. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth

• Own and drive a full-funnel influencer & creator strategy aligned with overall business and brand goals
• Ensure influencer marketing is fully integrated into the broader marketing mix including paid, social, PR, brand and retail
• Drive measurable business impact through creator marketing, including engagement, conversion and ROAS

PR, Events & Brand Activation

• Support and drive PR initiatives connected to launches, campaigns and key brand moments
• Collaborate with agencies, media and key industry stakeholders when needed
• Lead creator and community activations connected to innovations, hero campaigns, events, brand experiences, campaigns, cultural moments and UGC.

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of experience within influencer marketing, creator marketing, PR and brand activation
• Strong understanding of social culture, earned media and creator ecosystems
• Experienced in building creator relationships, ambassador programs and brand activations
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across brand, PR, social and media teams
• Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Experience working in the Nordics and within the beauty or lifestyle industry

• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how creator marketing drives both brand impact and business results
