PR & Content Associate

About The Role We are looking for a creative, social and driven Content & PR Associate who wants to help create content, build relationships and strengthen Nõberu Stockholm’s visibility and brand. This is a junior role within our marketing team, suited to someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop their skills within content, social media, PR and influencer marketing at a fast-growing beauty company. You will work hands-on with content, social media, PR, influencers, creators and events, with a clear focus on Instagram, TikTok and trend-driven content. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands social media as an environment and has a particular eye for TikTok. You enjoy the pace, culture and creativity, naturally stay up to date with what is happening and have the ability to quickly identify which trends, formats and expressions are relevant for Nõberu. Key Responsibilities Social Media, Trends & Content Actively contribute to developing and growing Nõberu Stockholm’s social channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on increasing reach, engagement and follower growth through relevant, creative and trend-driven content. Stay continuously up to date with trends, sounds, formats, creators and behaviours across social media, with a particular focus on TikTok, and quickly translate relevant trends into content that fits the Nõberu Stockholm brand. Film, edit and produce primarily video content for Instagram and TikTok. Plan and develop content together with the Social Media Manager and the wider marketing team. Capture spontaneous content and BTS from events, shoots, launches and everyday life at Nõberu Stockholm HQ. Manage the ongoing upload and updating of content across relevant partner channels, such as LYKO Social. The role may involve travel as well as work connected to events and activities outside regular working hours, including evenings and weekends. Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera when needed. PR & Influencer Relations Work continuously with PR mailings, press samples and product seeding to press, influencers and creators. Maintain and develop existing relationships while actively identifying and building new relevant contacts within press, influencer and creator networks. Keep press and influencer lists up to date and monitor coverage, organic content and mentions of Nõberu Stockholm. Events & Activations Contribute to the planning and execution of press breakfasts, influencer events, product launches and other brand activities. Coordinate invitations, guest lists, product seeding and practical preparations ahead of events. Create and capture content before, during and after our events. Coordination & Follow-up Write simple captions, product copy and press materials. Coordinate products and materials for content production, collaborations, PR mailings and events. Follow up on and report results across content, social media, PR and influencer marketing. Who are we looking for? You have a genuine interest in social media, beauty and content, along with a strong desire to learn and develop. Social media is a natural part of your everyday life. You understand the culture, tone of voice and fast pace of different platforms and naturally stay up to date with new trends, creators, formats and expressions. TikTok is a platform you understand particularly well. You enjoy the pace and creativity and have the ability to quickly identify which trends and formats could be relevant for Nõberu. You have a strong visual eye, feel comfortable filming and editing, and can quickly turn an idea into finished content. You are a natural relationship builder and feel confident communicating with influencers, creators, press and other external partners. As a person, you are positive, social, down-to-earth, energetic and solution-oriented. You are structured, take initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where new ideas can quickly become reality. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Organization The role is part of Nõberu Stockholm’s marketing team and works closely with the Social Media Manager, Marketing Manager, Creative Director and other colleagues within marketing. The role has a clear operational focus on social media, trends and content production, combined with PR, influencer relations and events. The role in brief As a Content & PR Associate, you will step into a junior and developmental role where you will have the opportunity to build your experience within content, social media, PR and influencer marketing. You will have a particular focus on social media, trends and content production, with a strong ability to pick up on what is happening, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, and turn relevant trends and ideas into creative content for Nõberu. An important part of your role will be to develop and grow Nõberu Stockholm’s social channels and contribute to increased reach, engagement and follower growth. At the same time, you will work hands-on with PR, influencers, creators and events, helping to build relationships and create visibility for the brand.
