Power Platform Solution Architect

Are you our new colleague? We are looking for a dedicated Power Platform Solution Architect to join our growing team! About the role Pronect is a Nordic industrial technology group (PLM Group, Ravema, Plamako and more, backed by the Liljedahl Group) going through a serious Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expansion. We're looking for a Power Platform Solution Architect to take ownership of our CE environment — shaping how the business uses it, and building it yourself. This is a hands-on role: you'll be the one maintaining and updating automation flows, configurations and solutions day to day, not only designing them on paper. What you'll own

• Hands-on maintenance and ongoing updates of existing Power Automate flows, configurations and D365 CE solutions — this is working, not only advisory, scope
• Power Platform environment strategy and governance across multiple subsidiaries (DEV/UAT/PROD)
• Design and build of new D365 CE solutions and configurations as the business evolves
• Scoping and implementing AI-driven workflows (Copilot Studio, AI Builder) — new ground for us
• Acting as the go-to functional partner for business users — requirements, adoption, new functionality

What you bring

• Several full-cycle D365 CE implementations, with genuine hands-on build and configuration experience — not only design/oversight
• Strong practical skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, ALM — comfortable being the one who fixes and maintains, not just the one who specifies
• Comfort translating between business needs and technical solutions
• Curiosity about where AI genuinely adds value inside Power Platform
• Bonus: multi-entity group experience; manufacturing or CAD-adjacent domain exposure
