Power Platform Advisor - AI & Solution Architecture

We are looking for an experienced professional who wants to turn ambitious ideas into reliable, useful solutions—and help customers make the right choices along the way. This role brings together business insight, solution architecture and hands-on development. You will help customers discover what is worth building, shape the solution, and stay involved in making it real.

About the role

You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, processes and constraints—and uncover the real need behind the initial request. You will turn those discussions into viable opportunities, sound architectural choices and an actionable delivery plan. Depending on the assignment, you may take the work from discovery and solution shaping through implementation, deployment and further development.

This is not a role for a purely high-level architect. We are looking for someone who can design the bigger picture, document the decisions that matter, and still build or validate key parts of the solution.

Our home ground is Microsoft Power Platform and the broader Microsoft cloud ecosystem. Depending on the assignment, your toolkit may include Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, API Management, Microsoft Fabric, GitHub and GitHub Copilot.

What you could be working on

The exact mix will depend on the customer and assignment, but your work could include:

• Leading stakeholder discussions to uncover the real business need and decide what is worth building.

• Turning requirements into scalable solution architectures, data models, integration designs and practical delivery plans.

• Designing and delivering intelligent applications, agents and automation with Power Platform, Azure and related services.

• Creating clear architecture diagrams, technical notes and decision records that make assumptions, constraints and trade-offs visible.

• Building and validating key parts of the solution yourself, while giving concrete technical guidance to the wider delivery team.

• Helping customers make informed choices about feasibility, security, maintainability, lifecycle and good engineering practices.

Your background could look like this

You might currently describe yourself as a solution architect, application architect, technical consultant or senior developer. Perhaps you are a Power Platform professional who has worked with complex integrations, Azure services, and enterprise application architecture. Or you may come from pro-code software development and have moved towards architecture and consulting. There is more than one route into this role.

What matters most is your ability to combine three perspectives:

1\. Technology: You understand how modern applications are designed and built. You can discuss architecture, integrations, APIs, data, identity and security, and you are comfortable going into technical detail.

2\. Business: You can uncover the actual need behind a request, ask the right questions, and help the customer decide what is worth building.

3\. Delivery: You can turn plans, experiments and architectural choices into working, maintainable solutions.

You do not need to arrive knowing every technology. However, you do need enough technical depth to make informed decisions independently, recognize risks and learn unfamiliar technologies without waiting for a predefined path.

• Has experience delivering customer-facing projects and building trusted relationships

• Wants to keep learning and sharing knowledge with others

• Has fluent communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English

Expected compensation will be within the range of 5000-6500 €/month.
