What you'll do
Required Experience
- Minimum 6+years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience administering the Microsoft Power BI platform.
- Power BI Service administration: tenant settings, workspaces, capacities and gateways.
- Experience with Power BI Premium, Microsoft Fabric and Pro licensing.
- Power BI security and governance, including:
- RLS
- OLS
- Workspace permissions
- Access reviews / entitlement audits
- Hands-on On-Premises Data Gateway administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience troubleshooting refresh, connectivity and performance issues.
- Experience with capacity monitoring and optimization.
- L2/L3 Power BI support experience.
- Deployment pipelines, environment promotion and release/configuration management.
- Experience supporting security, privacy, data governance and compliance requirements.
