• Monitor and analyze financial, operational, and strategic performance indicators across portfolio businesses.
• Develop performance dashboards, analytical reports, and management presentations.
• Identify emerging risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate business performance against strategic objectives and established KPIs.
• Support periodic business reviews and performance assessment processes.
• Analyze market developments and external factors that may influence portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to collect, validate, and interpret performance data.
• Assist in developing recommendations for resource allocation and operational improvements.
• Support scenario analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Track the implementation and outcomes of performance improvement initiatives.

‍ Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, corporate strategy, or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex business information.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of financial statements, operational metrics, and business performance indicators.
• Experience preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to management.
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English.

‍ Bonus Points

• Experience in a holding company, investment environment, or multi-business organization.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience with scenario modeling, forecasting, or portfolio reporting.
