  • Configure the GPU Operator, device plugins, multi-tenant namespaces and resource quotas
  • Automate and scale tenant-separation processes
  • Ensure uptime, performance and security across the container platforms
  • Support containerised workloads and CI/CD pipelines with cross-functional teams
  • Use Ansible and GitOps workflows for consistent, automated configuration and operations

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' hands-on Kubernetes/OpenShift administration
  • Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat HyperShift
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA BCM and GPU integration in Kubernetes environments
  • Scripting and automation skills (Ansible, Terraform, Helm)
  • Solid understanding of container networking, storage and security best practice
  • Experience working in a DevOps team
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (or similar) is a plus

What's on Offer

  • A central role on a nationally significant sovereign AI programme
  • Work with cutting-edge GPU, AI/ML and cloud-native technology
  • Paid certifications, training and a dedicated career adviser
  • Competitive salary and attractive benefits
  • Diverse teams alongside leading Norwegian and international specialists
  • A strong social culture, from sports and gaming groups to regular events
