Plant Quality Assurance Manager

About The Job At Aqua d’Or (part of Danone Waters), we are committed to delivering healthy hydration to consumers. We are now looking for a Plant Quality Assurance Manager (PQA) for our Aqua d’Or factory. In this key role, you will ensure end-to-end product safety and quality excellence, while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment. You will be a critical player in reinforcing Danone’s ambition for superior quality and uncompromising food safety standards. In this role, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and food safety of finished products. You will also lead the transformation of our Quality & Food Safety Management System, ensuring it is rebuilt on a modern platform aligned with both internal standards and external requirements. About You Your Profile

• 7+ years in Quality / Food Safety (food, beverage, pharma or similar)
• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or similar
• Strong knowledge of ISO, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP
• Experience in manufacturing / FMCG environments
• Data-driven mindset
