Job Title Controller Location Tampere, Turku, Kotka - Finland About Us Runtech Systems is part of Ingersoll Rand and it is a global provider of engineered systems tailored to the pulp and paper industries. Runtech works with customers to better understand and control their operational conditions to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness. Runtech's patented solutions include energy efficient vacuum system and heat recovery optimization, runnability optimization, dewatering, doctoring and cleanliness optimization as well as ropeless tail threading. Job Summary The Plant Controller performs financial reporting and cost accounting tasks for Runtech Systems Oy, as part of global Ingersoll Rand corporation. This role is a fixed term maternity leave cover. Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements, forecasts, and planning cycles on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Responsible for plant accounting including general ledger, cost accounting, fixed assets, inventory, receivables, payables, and internal control. Supports external accounting function to perform their tasks efficiently.
• Maintains internal controls, including SOX compliance routines and requests from internal and external auditors
• Supports Runtech finance business partner, general manager and other functional operations leaders to improve business results
• Performs business analytics, with the help of Tableau; helping the line staff understand their overall financial results and underlying profitability within their scope of the business’s financial results
• Supports special projects on as needed basis, especially regarding development of local ERP system.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-5 years finance/accounting experience, with strong business acumen and broad understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. We are ready to provide good training to a less experienced candidate, if you are ready to demonstrate great ability and willingness to learn, and flexibility in adapting to new tasks.
• Experience or strong educational background in financial reporting, budgets and forecasting
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel; experience of modern BI tools such as Tableau/Qlik; knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle R12 and Hyperion Planning preferred
• Ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Finnish
