We are looking for a Planning Expert in the area of site scheduling to support our roll out programme of the new scheduling system and its associated processes, as part of a central project team. “In Planning within Arla, we’re going through a massive transformation with introducing new planning systems and new planning processes across our production sites. You will join a highly collaborative team working closely across functions to deliver these changes to site schedulers across all core markets. How You Will Make An Impact In this role, you will be responsible for training the site schedulers across the different sites as part of the overall roll out program. By becoming an expert in our system module of choice, SAP ePPDS, you will be able to train others in the use of the system as well the ways of working that accompany it. Your primary responsibility is to deliver this in a way that enables the site schedulers to adapt and thrive in their new system environment, so they can plan effectively, optimize within the system and therefore provide a great service within this crucial area of the supply chain. Your key responsibilities include

• Train site schedulers in the use of their new system
• Train site schedulers in the new ways of working and processes that accompany the new system
• Create new training materials and training approaches
• Plan the roll out activities needed as part of a central project team to deliver the above training
• Ensure the anchoring of the changes after each roll out, through support and reinforcements activities
• Collaborate with IT colleague on current and future developments to the planning system

• Have extensive planning experience as a production planner or site scheduler
• Have extensive experience in SAP PPDS in APO
• Have a strong understanding of master data in relation to PPDS
• Have the desire and ability to train others
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English
• Able to produce high quality written training material in English
• Have a continuous improvement mindset and able to challenge existing ways of working
• Are curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
