About the role We are seeking an experienced Planner to deliver robust planning and scheduling across the full Data Centre project lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure programmes are realistic, controlled and aligned with project objectives. As a planning specialist, you will provide clear schedule insight, identify risks and support informed decision-making across complex capital projects. What will you be doing?

• Lead project planning and scheduling activities.
• Develop and maintain logic-driven programmes.
• Align schedules with scope, cost and milestones.
• Monitor progress and forecast future performance.
• Identify critical paths, risks and mitigations.
• Produce clear schedule reports and narratives.
• Apply earned value management principles.
• Undertake schedule risk analysis.
• Maintain change control and audit trails.
• Integrate planning with cost and risk controls.
• Advise project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior planning professionals.
• Maintain Soben, Accenture and project standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Planning experience within Data Centres.
• Strong Primavera P6 skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining baseline schedules.
• Knowledge of critical path and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience with progress measurement and EVM.
• Understanding of change control and reporting.
• Confidence challenging progress information.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
• NEC contract knowledge is advantageous.
• A relevant project, construction or engineering qualification is desirable.
• The right to work in Norway.
