Panzanella Pizzeria, a casual fine dining restaurant located in Stavanger, is seeking a talented pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting ASAP. Our restaurant is dedicated to serving authentic Italian cuisine, and we view pizza as an art form, crafted with care to deliver an exceptional experience.

🔍 What We Look For A passion for Italian cuisine and pizza-making Someone that can handle the hot section and not just Pizza. As we make ragu etc from scratch Strong understanding of traditional cooking methods Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced kitchen Excellent teamwork and communication skills Experience in a professional kitchen environment is a plus Fluency in Norwegian or English

Responsibilities: Prepare and bake Rome style pizza of pizza using high-quality ingredients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards Manage dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, and shaping Create new pizza recipes and contribute to menu development Ensure consistent presentation and flavor profiles for every dish Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
