Performance & Growth Marketer

Performance & Growth Marketer – eCommerce & DTC Go beyond ROAS and understand what actually drives profitable growth. We’re looking for a Performance & Growth Marketer who can connect paid media performance to the bigger picture—CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback, forecasting, attribution, and overall business growth. You’ll work with established eCommerce, DTC, Shopify, and consumer brands, managing paid channels while using data and structured experimentation to make better commercial decisions. What You’ll Do - Manage Meta, Google, and other relevant paid media channels - Build and manage structured tests across media, creative, audiences, and offers - Analyze performance and make informed budget allocation decisions - Evaluate CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, payback, and other key business metrics - Connect advertising performance with broader commercial outcomes - Identify performance issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Turn analysis into clear recommendations for clients, founders, and senior stakeholders - Contribute to forecasting, attribution, and incrementality analysis - Work within structured experimentation and growth frameworks What You’ll Bring - Experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing - Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads - Solid understanding of eCommerce/DTC and paid acquisition - Comfortable working with performance and commercial data - Understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback, and profitability - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to turn data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations - Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients or senior stakeholders - Highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently Growth Path Performance Marketer Growth Performance Marketer Senior Performance Marketer Growth Strategist Level will depend on your experience, capability, and demonstrated commercial impact.
