What you'll do

Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next. Performance Coach Life doesn't run to schedule. Deadlines move, meetings overrun, and the workout gets pushed back again. As a ROVA Performance Coach in Stockholm, you'll help the people at one of our corporate clients find their rhythm anyway. Working 16 hours a week on a permanent contract, you'll design and deliver tailored 1-2-1 training, lead inclusive group classes, bring wellbeing talks and events to life beyond the gym floor, and keep the space running to a standard our members and client can rely on. You're more than a coach. You're the reason health becomes part of the working day, not another thing on the list. Good enough isn’t something you’re comfortable with. Neither are we.
