Your mission - Drive HR topics both operationally and strategically to help the logistics team succeed in its growth and achieve its goals - Be part of the logistics management team and drive the People & Culture agenda there - Set up both a short-term and long-term HR strategy which includes, among other things, work environment management (SAM), labour law, cultural work, training, salary reviews, workforce planning etc. - Be the logistics team’s business partner and support and guide the Managers - Be responsible for the CBA and handling all union related matters. - Drive HR-related projects and ongoing HR work with the help of and in line with foodora's processes and strategy where applicable. We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. To thrive in this role you need to be unpretentious - You will be doing both high and low tasks. You will need to have the ability to quickly determine what needs to be prioritized. • You have 5+ years of experience as an HR professional from a personnel-intensive company.
• You have an academic degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• You have extensive knowledge of HR topics and experience with all common HR processes
• You have strong expertise in labor law, union negotiations and occupational health and safety
• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience from the logistics industry or start-up/scale-up companies are highly advantageous
