We are now looking for the right person to lead our people development agenda in the Product & Price unit. About the role Product & Price is a crucial part of If and holds a big responsibility by directly impacting the business results and steering the business area Private's insurance portfolio of EUR 4.2 bn in annual premiums. The unit employs 200 people across the Nordics, overseeing product offering, pricing & analytics and portfolio steering. With an ambitious growth agenda ahead, we want to build a unit where people develop a strong commercial mindset, act with confidence and initiative, and collaborate seamlessly across teams. As People Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how talent and capabilities are developed within Product & Price. Your initial focus will be on adapting and implementing If's people development framework to the needs of the unit, ensuring it supports both current priorities and future capability needs. Over time, you will also contribute to broader initiatives within learning, leadership development, talent management, and succession planning. Key responsibilities:
