Role snapshot
Job Description At ™, we protect businesses all over the world. Our SaaS solutions safeguard against modern cyber threats, and our innovative Co-security approach reflects our belief that true protection requires collaboration and shared expertise. No one can solve every cyber security problem alone. Our vision is to become Europe’s flagship in cyber security. Every day, our talented teams work to prevent cyber extortion, secure critical infrastructure, and prevent misuse of sensitive data. At , it’s our people who make us exceptional – a diverse community that values passion, purpose, and a commitment to workplace well-being. If you’re ready to make an impact with a company that’s transforming cybersecurity, we’d love to hear from you. This new People Business Partner role is an invitation to redefine what HR can be at a company that is genuinely committing to becoming AI Native. You will be working closely with senior leaders and teams on the everyday realities of the employee lifecycle. Alongside this, you will have a mandate to question, redesign and rebuild the way HR itself operates, using AI as a central strategic contributor to the organisation. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable coaching a manager through a conversation as they are prototyping a new workflow that removes hours of manual work. You will sit at the intersection of people expertise and technological curiosity, and you will report directly to the VP of People and Talent, giving you a genuine seat at the table when it comes to shaping how AI and automation transformation evolves. You will have a strong grasp of workforce planning and organisation design and how we will co-create a high-performance culture that is deliberately shaped for AI native ways of working. You will be just as comfortable iterating quickly within pod or squad teams as you are working through a more conventional reporting line. Key Responsibilities You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees covering the full range of HR business partnering including performance, employee relations, organisational design and talent planning. You will bring a strong understanding of employment law and cultural context across our locations, and you will be relied upon to navigate the nuances between them with care and confidence. You will also be given the space and encouragement to look at everything through a different lens. Where a process can be improved, you will ask whether AI or automation could make it faster. Where information is scattered across systems, you will explore how it could be brought together to increase collaboration and improve ways of working. You will partner with the People and Talent team to pilot new tools, test new approaches and bring forward ideas that others in the business might not yet have considered. This could mean building an AI assisted onboarding journey, streamlining policy queries through smarter self-service, or rethinking how people data informs decisions. The brief is broad by design, and we want someone who is truly excited about this transformation opportunity. What are we looking for? You will have solid experience as an People Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role. You will understand the fundamentals of good people practice deeply enough to know when a rule matters and when it can be reimagined. You will be genuinely curious about AI and technology, and you will already be someone who experiments with new tools in your own work. You do not need to be a data scientist or an engineer, but you should be the kind of person who reads about a new tool and immediately wants to try it. You will be a confident communicator who can build trust quickly with employees and leaders. Finnish language skills would be an advantage but are not essential for this role. You will have a track record of building high-performance cultures, ideally within a business that has been through significant change, and you will be able to point to real examples of lifting standards, sharpening accountability and helping teams perform at their best under new or shifting conditions. Above all, you will bring energy and optimism to a role that asks you to build something new while keeping the everyday business of HR running smoothly.
