Now we are looking for a People Business Partner to help us build the organization needed for that journey. This is a role for someone who is commercially sharp, structured and ambitious. You will partner closely with leaders in Product & Tech, Marketing and other central functions, while working side by side with our Chief People & Culture Officer on strategic People initiatives. Your focus will be to translate business priorities into people, organization and leadership initiatives that help Sambla Group scale in a smart, sustainable and human way. This position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, located at Tulegatan 4. About The Role You will play an important role in strengthening how we organize, lead and develop our people. That means working across transformation, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership support, career architecture, capability building and change management. A key part of the role will also be to help us stay forward-leaning in how we use AI, data and modern ways of working. We want technology to make us sharper, faster and more effective, without losing the human side of how we lead, collaborate and build trust. At Sambla Group, our shared operating rhythm is called Drive & Jive. It is about creating momentum through direction, collaboration and human connection.
