About the Position Together with your payroll colleagues, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process for both blue-collar and white-collar employees. This includes employee registration, reporting payroll data, reviewing expense claims and discrepancies between payroll runs, and making adjustments prior to the monthly payroll processing. The role involves interpreting legislation and collective agreements, handling pension and insurance matters, and reconciling taxes and employer contributions. The payroll function also provides support regarding time reporting, expense claims, statistics, and guidance to managers and employees on payroll-related matters. You will also work with HR administration, including the preparation of employment contracts, reporting, statistics, and document archiving. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, you will play an important role in the continued development of work processes. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to improving routines, processes, and policies related to payroll and personnel administration. In the role of Payroll Specialist / HR, you will work independently, which requires a high level of integrity and the ability to prioritize effectively. Your Background We are looking for someone who has completed payroll administration training. You thrive in a changing environment and are motivated by creating processes and routines that strengthen and develop the organization. You have strong system skills and are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. Experience with Agda PS is considered an advantage.
