As our dealer network continues to grow, we're looking for a Parts & Warranty Specialist to join our After Sales team and help us deliver the level of support our dealers expect from a premium brand. This role is about much more than processing parts orders or warranty claims. You'll become a trusted partner for our dealers and an important part of a small team where everyone contributes, supports one another and takes ownership of what they do. The role As Parts & Warranty Specialist, you'll be the day-to-day link between our authorised dealers, Zeekr Denmark and Zeekr Europe. You'll support the dealer network with parts operations, warranty administration and process improvements, ensuring that our partners receive timely, professional and consistent support. The role offers a broad variety of responsibilities and suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and creating structure in a fast-moving environment. This is what you will do:

• Support authorised dealers with parts and accessories enquiries.
• Process and follow up on parts orders, backorders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with European warehouses and logistics partners.
• Monitor parts availability, lead times and product assortment.
• Manage returns and parts-related claims.
• Help improve parts processes and supply flow.
• Follow up on parts-related reporting and KPIs. Warranty
• Review and process warranty claims submitted by authorized dealers.
• Support dealers with warranty enquiries.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with Zeekr policies and procedures.
• Coordinate complex warranty cases with Zeekr Europe.
• Contribute to continuous improvements within warranty operations.
• Monitor warranty quality and performance. Collaboration
• Work closely with Technical Support, Service Operations, Sales and Logistics.
• Support the onboarding of new dealer partners.
• Help develop efficient and scalable After Sales processes as our organization grows.
• Contribute to delivering a consistent and professional dealer experience.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Experience from automotive aftersales, preferably within parts, warranty or logistics.
• An understanding of dealer operations and the service business.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, service-minded attitude.
• Experience working with ERP, DMS or warranty systems.
