You will play the key role in this. About the job Are you someone who takes ownership, creates momentum and enjoys turning ideas into action? We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Bid Excellence area. What matters to us is your ability to drive, collaborate and execute on our partner strategy. You will work closely with the leadership of Bid Excellence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across KMD. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, navigating different stakeholders and contribute with positive energy and a pragmatic approach. What you will be doing As our new Partner Manager, you will be part of Bid Excellence and work closely with the leadership team. Your role will require you to take ownership of assignments, move activities forward and work collaboratively across the organization. You will have a close collaboration with your manager, who will be your main point of reference, while your work may also involve supporting and interacting with senior stakeholders across KMD. The role offers an opportunity to develop your experience in a highly collaborative environment where initiative, curiosity and execution matter. Responsibilities You will:

• Take ownership of driving the execution of partnerships
• Establish a clear framework for go-to-market collaboration, ensuring that agreements and decisions are translated into action.
• Act as the central interface between internal and external stakeholders
• Strengthen relationships, activate connections across the organization, and connect opportunities with the relevant decision-makers, capabilities, and solutions.
• Establish a clear cadence for tracking progress, priorities, risks, and decision requirements, while ensuring the right information is available and the relevant stakeholders are involved at the right time.
• Identify tangible growth opportunities through customer, partner, and market insights, and use these insights to drive the development and execution of KMD's international strategy.
