  • 10 hrs per week, 2 evenings + every 4th weekend

What you'll do In the role of Part Time Member Relations Employee, you will:

  • Be responding to written inquiries from members in both Danish and English
  • Conducting internal telephone and written support to colleagues in the centers around the country
  • Have a varied and exciting working day with good colleagues in a young and informal environment, where spirits are high and there is a loose tone
  • Become part of a team where we succeed together and have a continuous joy in collaborating
  • Develop your professional and personal skills through ongoing conversations with your manager, relevant courses and education and a continuous focus on your development plan

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will: Have excellent written communication skills Be confident and professional in verbal communication Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quick to learn new systems and technologies Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail Have experience delivering outstanding customer service to both our members and our centre teams.
