Part-Time Junior Analyst

Part-Time Junior Analyst Would you like to gain hands-on experience at a growing investment firm? Systematic Growth is looking for a detail-oriented and structured student to join us part-time and support our finance and operations function. The role will involve a broad range of back-office and administrative tasks, including invoice processing, bank transactions, KYC documentation and other day-to-day operational activities. The position is well suited for someone studying business and administration or a related field who is interested in gaining practical insight into how a private equity firm operates. About the role You will work closely with our finance team and support the day-to-day operation of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to the finance analyst and CFO
• Scanning, organising and maintaining invoices and other financial documentation
• Assisting with administrative preparations both before and after acquisitions
• Managing and following up on KYC and AML processes
• Handling re-invoicing between group entities
• Processing bank transactions
• Updating internal registers, lists and databases
• Coordinating with external advisers, banks and portfolio companies

The role and responsibilities will develop over time depending on your experience, interests and capabilities. Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently studying business and administration, finance or another relevant university degree
• Is detail-oriented, structured and comfortable working with administrative tasks
• Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Is proactive, independent and takes ownership of their responsibilities
• Has excellent written and spoken Swedish and English
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Part-time, approximately 2–3 days per week, with flexibility around your studies
• Based at our office on Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm
