  • Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, availability, lead times and market activity
  • Monitor overdue payments together with Finance and Sales
  • Support visibility of credit and order-release risks
  • Ensure correct use of ERP, CRM, parts-ordering and digital systems
  • Prepare regular reports covering sales, budgets, orders, backorders, dealer activities and market feedback

What We're Looking For You have 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Spare parts
  • Aftermarket sales
  • Dealer support
  • Product support
  • Service operations
  • Commercial coordination
  • Equipment or machinery sales

Experience with construction equipment, heavy machinery, forklifts, trucks, agricultural machinery or industrial equipment is highly desirable. You should also have:

  • A good understanding of dealer businesses and B2B sales
  • Knowledge of spare-parts ordering, stock planning, pricing and campaigns
  • Experience handling urgent orders and customer issues
  • Ability to analyse sales figures, budgets, backorders and dealer performance

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities
  • A structured and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English

The Ideal Candidate You are commercially driven but also highly structured. You understand that successful aftermarket sales are not only about selling parts — they are about supporting dealers, ensuring availability, solving urgent problems and building long-term customer relationships. You are comfortable working across different countries and cultures and enjoy being on the road meeting dealers and customers. You can communicate effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders and are confident taking ownership of an issue until it is resolved. What the Role Offers
