Paid Social Specialist

We’re growing our performance marketing team and looking for someone who can own Paid Social strategy end-to-end, from campaign structure and creative testing to the client conversations where you explain why the numbers moved. What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta (and TikTok where relevant)
• Run creative testing structures that actually produce learnings, not just spend
• Present performance and strategy directly to clients, including the uncomfortable numbers
• Collaborate with our creative and influencer teams to make sure strategy and execution match
• Stay ahead of platform and privacy changes that affect how we target and measure

What success looks like

• Clients trust your read on the numbers before they ask for it
• Your testing structures produce insights the whole account can act on, not just isolated wins
• You catch platform shifts before they show up as a problem in the reporting

What we're looking for

• 2+ years hands-on experience running Paid Social campaigns, ideally with e-commerce clients
• Real experience with budget ownership and testing structures, not just “managing ad accounts”
• Comfortable presenting data to clients who will push back on it
• Fluent in English and Swedish
