Paid internship in film and cultural sector (spring 2027)

PAID INTERNSHIP (SPRING 2027) About us Will & Agency is a consultancy specialising in audience development across culture and media, with a particular focus on film and the cultural sector. We combine anthropology, strategic development, and AI tools to create meaningful audience insights. We specialize in audience engagement, working with a wide range of clients, from film production companies, museums, and theatres to public engagement projects addressing societal issues. We do this through our proprietary platform, PUBLIKUM.io, launched in 2021. Today, we operate in more than 15 countries and are a growing company with ambitions both nationally and internationally. We’re seeking interns with an interest in the following areas Analysis and Research: You will work on a range of projects, from film productions and museum experiences to entirely different fields, in close collaboration with our experienced consultants. You will explore audience responses and their implications for a project's further development, as well as help communicate these insights through our reports. AI and Data Analysis: You will also have the opportunity to work with our AI tools, through which we have developed methods for collecting and analyzing large datasets from across the internet. You will identify patterns and trends in online conversations and explore what they reveal about cultural phenomena and their significance for the clients we work with. Social Media and Communication: You may also contribute to developing our communication and recruiting new participants for the user panel that is essential to our research. This includes developing social media strategies, managing media budgets through social media platforms' business suites, and producing content – including contributing to the development of our podcast, THE CLAIM. This focus area is B2C-oriented. About the internship Our office is located at Dronningensgade 66, 1st floor, in the heart of Christianshavn, Copenhagen. Our team consists of approximately 20 employees, combining early-career and experienced professionals with backgrounds in social sciences, humanities, data science, business, communication, and branding. As an intern, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with communication specialists, project managers, and a partner.
