Packing & Fulfilment Coordinator — MK STUDIO, Glostrup Hourly paid · 150 DKK/hour · Minimum 32 h/week guaranteed, Mon–Fri · Up to 40 h/week in busy periods · Start October–November 2026 MK STUDIO (mk-ceramics ApS) makes handmade porcelain cups, plates, bowls and coffee drippers in Glostrup. We're a team of seven across the workshop, office and our Copenhagen shop, selling to cafés, roasters and coffee people across Denmark, the EU and Asia. In a strong week we make 500–1000 cups. We're looking for the person who gets every order out the door correctly and makes sure nothing leaves the studio with a defect. What you'll do Orders and customers (about half your week) - Pack 10–15 webshop orders a day, plus wholesale (B2B) orders - Book shipments and print labels in the DHL and UPS apps - Prepare invoices, packing lists and customs documents for shipments outside the EU - Answer all order and customer emails: order status, delays, returns, breakage claims - Handle claims with carriers for damaged or lost parcels - Keep packing materials in stock Studio and stock (about half your week) - Unload kilns after the glaze firing - Check every piece and sort it: first quality, seconds, reject - Finishing work on fired pieces - Organise the stock room and keep stock numbers correct in our order system You're the last check before a piece reaches a customer. What you need - Fluent written and spoken English — you'll talk and write to customers every day - Right to work in Denmark - You can lift and carry up to 20 kg (kiln shelves, boxes) and work on your feet most of the day in a studio with clay dust - Available Monday to Friday, at least 32 hours a week, with extra hours in busy periods, from October–November 2026 - Experience with order handling, shipping, warehouse, e-commerce, customer service or similar work - You plan your own day, handle several tasks at once, and flag mistakes early Good to have - Danish - Driving licence - DHL/UPS bookings and claims - Customs or export paperwork - Experience packing fragile goods (glass, ceramics, wine) - e-conomic, Shopify or spreadsheets - Ceramics or quality-control experience What we offer - 150 DKK/hour, plus holiday pay - 32 guaranteed hours a week - 3-month trial period - After 6 months, we sit down and negotiate your pay based on your performance and any extra tasks you've taken on - A small team with short lines and fast decisions - Full training in our systems and quality standards How to apply Apply through the form at www.mk-ceramics.com/pages/mk-studio-work-with-us (select "Packing").
