Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced OTA Release Lead owns OTA deployment end to end, from release preparation through Pilot, Grey Scale, Full Rollout and post-release monitoring, ensuring compliance with R156 and SUMS. The role sits within an automotive product development environment and coordinates Development, Integration, Validation, Cybersecurity and Operations teams, while aligning OTA plans and release decisions with the China teams. Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another relevant field. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End OTA Release Ownership: Own the full OTA release lifecycle—including planning, scope, milestones, rollout gates, pilot/grey scale execution, and go-live decisions—while aligning closely with China teams and coordinating across development, integration, validation, cybersecurity, and operations. - Compliance, Monitoring, and Risk Management: Ensure software maturity, robust verification, and full compliance with SUMS, CSMS, and R156 regulations, while monitoring KPIs, reporting EU readiness, and driving resolution for critical deployment risks and blockers. Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in the automotive business, with proficiency gained in or close to product development projects.
• Deep knowledge of OTA processes, SUMS compliance and cybersecurity standards.
• Strong ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and regions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Organizational skills for planning and coordination.
• Native Mandarin is an advantage (for working with the China teams).
