can’t solve, based on real clinical workflows such as ophthalmic examination, interpretation of optical coherence tomography (OCT), fundus photography, and visual field testing, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, patient safety, and alignment with current ophthalmology practice and guidelines
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance
• Work remotely and complete tasks at your own pace, with no set schedule or minimum hour requirement

Qualifications

• Degree and clinical training:
• Completed MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree
• Completed residency training in ophthalmology
• Licensure: Currently licensed to practice medicine in the United States
• Clinical depth: Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
• Retina and vitreoretinal disease, including OCT interpretation
• Glaucoma, including OCT and visual field interpretation
• Cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery
• Cataract surgery
• Neuro-ophthalmology
• Ocular oncology, oculoplastics, or uveitis
• Pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus

Additional Qualifications (not Required, But Strengthen Your Application)

• Board certification or board eligibility in ophthalmology, or fellowship training in a subspecialty
• Experience at an academic medical center or teaching hospital, familiarity with ophthalmic imaging platforms, peer-reviewed publications, or involvement in clinical research or AI-assisted medical tools
