Operations Manager

We are looking for a driven and strategic Operations Manager for our warehousing site in Ringsted. In this role, you will take full ownership of your operations and customers, ensuring strong performance, profitability, and sustainable growth. You will translate the company’s strategic vision into clear, actionable plans, balancing commercial focus, operational efficiency, and people leadership. As a key stakeholder, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both internal partners and external customers, strengthening collaboration and driving long-term success. At the same time, you will play an active role in expanding the business by identifying and developing new opportunities, all while motivating your team to perform at their best and grow to the next level. YOUR CHALLENGES As our new Operations Manager, you will take on a dynamic and impactful role with both strategic and operational warehousing responsibilities. You will be accountable for your operations and customer portfolio, ensuring strong performance and sustainable growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Taking full P&L ownership for your customers and operations, ensuring profitability and long-term success
• Translating the organization’s strategic vision into clear, actionable plans with a focus on efficiency, commercial performance, and people management
• Acting as a key link between teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and providing your team with the resources they need to succeed
• Monitoring KPIs, returns, and operational performance, while driving continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
• Ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve strong results and grow to the next level
• You will play a crucial role in strengthening operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

• You bring solid experience in a similar role within supply chain or warehousing (+5 years), ideally within a GxP environment.
• You are a natural people manager, and you know how to motivate, coach, and develop teams, helping them reach their full potential

• You think strategically while maintaining a pragmatic, hands-on approach in execution
