We are now looking for an senior Operational Product Owner to craft and build the business value delivered to Ericsson customers in 5G Packet Core area. This is an excellent opportunity to join the organization for Packet Core in Sweden and work with the latest Ericsson projects based on Cloud Native technologies. What you will do: Drive end-to-end complex software solutions together with assigned teams Create time plans, anatomies, risk analysis and mitigation plans Propose and drive flow and product-related improvements Define clear priorities based on the business expectations Proactively pursue goals and motivate teams to reach them Closely collaborate with Teams, Customers, Programs, Line managers, and other stakeholders to achieve product goals Work in a cross-sites organization The skills you bring: Background in software/product development Extensive knowledge of PCC products, with a particular focus on O&M functionalities Experience leading teams and driving delivery in a complex environment Ability to prioritize work, manage risks, and deliver to deadlines Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Customer- and quality-focused mindset with strong ownership The geographical site location for this position is Sweden Nice to have: Interest in telecom business future and AI technologies
