About the job Onsite System Engineer (OSE) – Level 2 EUC + DatacentreOnsite System Engineer (OSE) – Level 2 EUC + Datacentre Location: Tydal, Norway Employment: Full-Time Operation: 24x7 Role Overview We are looking for Level 2 Onsite System Engineers to support a 24x7 operational environment covering End User Computing (EUC) and Data Centre services. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 onsite IT support and dispatch-based technical assistance. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues. Diagnose and resolve printer-related problems. Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution. Respond to service requests in accordance with the Next Business Day (NBD) SLA. Complete onsite visits based on the required service duration, including 2-hour, half-day, and full-day assignments. Maintain clear communication and provide updates on completed support activities. Requirements Proven experience in L2 IT support or desktop support. Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and printers. Experience providing onsite and dispatch-based IT support. Ability to work independently and respond to service requests promptly. Good English communication skills. Must be based in or able to provide onsite coverage in Tydal, Norway. • Level 2 System Engineering experience.
• Experience supporting EUC and Data Centre environments.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift-based operation.
• Willingness to follow the specified rotation schedule.
