Job Overview We are looking for a proactive, service-minded and hands-on Office Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Stockholm office. As Office Manager, you will play an important role in creating a professional, welcoming and well-functioning workplace for our colleagues and visitors. You will have a broad area of responsibility, ranging from office administration, facilities and supplier management to meeting and event coordination, purchasing and practical office support. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and making things happen. You are comfortable managing both planned activities and unexpected requests and take pride in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and maintains a high standard. Key Responsibilities
