At JELD-WEN, we're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development and product change initiatives across our Scandinavian business. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative European PMO team and play a key role in bringing new products and product improvements to market. You'll work with stakeholders across multiple functions and countries, helping to turn ideas into successful business outcomes while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives. The Role We're looking for someone who can drive projects forward, influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions and bring people together to deliver results. You'll have exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to make a visible impact across the business. Working within our European PMO function, you'll lead a portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI), product development, product change and optimisation projects, ensuring alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Sales and Marketing.
