Role Description The Norway Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in the Norwegian market. The partner will oversee local market development, including identifying prospective clients, building relationships with schools, companies, and individuals, and promoting Lingua Learn’s online language and skills training services. Day-to-day activities include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing inquiries, and guiding learners and corporate clients through the enrollment process using Lingua Learn’s CRM and e-commerce tools. The franchise partner will collaborate closely with the Global Franchise Support Team for training, operational guidance, and quality assurance, while supervising local staff or freelance teachers as needed. The role involves continuous market research, performance monitoring, and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth and maintain high service standards in Norway. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including client relationship building and clear, professional interaction in English and Norwegian.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and adapt strategies to local conditions.
• Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for preparing proposals, local marketing content, and clear documentation.
• Candidates should possess Training and coaching capabilities to support local staff, freelance teachers, and partners in using Lingua Learn systems and processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably in education, training, or related services.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of the Norwegian market and existing networks in education or corporate training are highly beneficial.
• Relevant post-secondary education in business, education, languages, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
