Nordic Revenue Manager

Nordic Revenue Manager Location: Stockholm or Copenhagen Are you curious about what really drives revenue growth? Do you enjoy digging into data, challenging assumptions, and turning insights into action? We're looking for a Nordic Revenue Manager to help us better understand our commercial performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue and profitability across our Nordic business. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to analyse performance, improve forecasting, evaluate pricing and promotions, and support smarter commercial decisions. While you'll contribute to strategy, success in this role comes from a willingness to roll up your sleeves, work with data, and turn analysis into practical actions. 📈 What you'll do

• Analyse sales, revenue, margin, traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour across markets and channels.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and forecasting models that support business decisions.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, and commercial initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes together with Finance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Work cross-functionally to improve commercial performance and build a more data-driven way of working.

💡 What we're looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, Pricing, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and GA4.
• Understanding of key commercial metrics such as conversion, AOV, margin, CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
• A curious, structured, and pragmatic approach combined with a strong commercial mindset.
