Network Specialist Level 3-4

Requirements in Swedish and English: YES Experience, at least 5 years Qualifications

• Intermediate level experience in IT and academic education or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge in IT technology, data protection, IT security and requirements management.
• Basic knowledge in leadership, project management, supplier management, risk management, IT Service Management, quality and compliance.
• Good collaboration skills, customer focus, responsibility and result-oriented working methods.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and good English.

Responsibilities

• Implement, develop and manage IT services and technical solutions.
• Work with system operation, system support and system development.
• Be responsible for requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional solutions.
• Ge 1st, 2nd och 3rd line support.
• Participate in cost estimation, improvement work and quality work.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in international environments.

Operation and Support

• Work as a system operator in Global Infrastructure.
• Provide remote and onsite support at users' sites.
• Troubleshooting and incident response.
• Manage patching, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
• Document incidents, report time and work according to processes, instructions and case management systems.

Leadership (if needed)

• Functionally lead a team and be responsible for resource planning.
• Contribute to technology and service strategies.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure quality in deliveries.
• Participate in budget work and follow-up.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and quality functions.
• Be the contact person for the activities within the area of responsibility.
