Learn more at 👉https://www.altiacompany.com/ 🚀 What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Network & Security Engineer with solid experience in enterprise networking and hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments, passionate about building secure, resilient and highly available infrastructures. You’ll join a key project focused on modernising and securing the network, ensuring robust connectivity between on-premises systems and Azure/AWS environments, and preparing the ground for the future adoption of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI). Your mission will be to design, operate and secure the Agency’s LAN, WAN and VPN services, manage firewalls and network segmentation, and work closely with systems and cloud teams to guarantee safe, efficient data flows across the entire ecosystem. ✅ Must-haves for this challenge

• At least 5 years of professional experience in network engineering roles.
• Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
• Linux infrastructure administration.
• Operation and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and VPN networks, including connectivity between on-premises systems, Azure, and AWS.
• Configuration and management of firewalls, Network Access Control (NAC), and network segmentation policies.
• Secure remote access solutions, including VPN technology management and support.
• Monitoring of network performance, availability, and security logs, with proactive incident detection, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Network redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery, both on-premises and in cloud environments.
• Maintenance of firewall rules and access controls, including integration with cloud services such as Azure ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, and AWS VPCs.
• Implementation of network security best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and resources.
• Collaboration with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure secure and efficient data flows between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Network security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Planning and design of future hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), including network topology, traffic optimization, and HCI management network requirements.
