Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support a global network infrastructure rollout. The hardware is already installed and configured, and the role will focus on troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and supporting the rollout to end users worldwide. You will work closely with the project team to ensure a smooth implementation. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the global network infrastructure rollout and ensure smooth implementation for end users worldwide.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex network and security-related technical issues.
• Collaborate with Network and Security teams to identify and resolve cross-team technical challenges.
• Support the project team in resolving technical issues during the rollout and implementation phases.
• Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure effective issue resolution.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 7+ years of experience in Network Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of proxies, internet security, VPN firewalls, and other firewall technologies.
• You have experience troubleshooting complex issues across teams, particularly between Network and Security.
• You have experience working in global environments across multiple time zones.
• You have experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access, GlobalProtect Agent, and Prisma Access Agent .

Soft Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with Network, Security, and project teams.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
• Strong coordination skills to support a smooth global rollout.
