.NET Developer

The Role You'll join a collaborative engineering team building and scaling modern e-commerce platforms that support high-volume online retail operations across the Nordic market. This is a hands-on Full Stack Developer role where you'll work across both backend and frontend development, helping to deliver seamless digital customer experiences, scalable integrations, and cloud-native solutions. You'll have genuine influence over architecture, product direction, and technical decision-making while working closely with product and engineering stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Azure, and React
• Build and enhance e-commerce functionality, including product catalogues, checkout flows, customer accounts, promotions, and order management systems
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations with payment providers, ERP systems, logistics partners, and third-party retail platforms
• Create responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React
• Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Application Insights
• Contribute to architectural decisions, platform scalability, performance optimisation, and security best practices
• Work across the full software development lifecycle from concept and design through deployment and production support
• Participate in code reviews, testing initiatives, CI/CD improvements, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
• Take ownership of features and contribute directly to the evolution of the company's e-commerce platform

What They're Looking For

• 3-6 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Azure
• Strong commercial experience with React and modern frontend development
• Proven experience working within the e-commerce domain is essential
• Experience building scalable e-commerce platforms, online retail systems, or customer-facing digital products
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and cloud-native application development
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review practices
• Norwegian speaking required

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-traffic, customer-facing e-commerce solutions
• Experience integrating payment gateways, ERP platforms, or logistics systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central
• Previous experience within a consultancy, scale-up, or fast-growth technology business
• Exposure to modern commerce platforms and retail technology ecosystems
