National Sea Logistics LCL Product Manager

You will be at the forefront of developing customer-focused logistics solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our LCL offering continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining market insight, industry expertise, and collaboration to make a real impact. Working closely with national and international Trade teams, you will play a key role in strengthening our market position and driving product excellence across the network. How you create impact

• Drive LCL business growth by supporting Sales and Key Account Managers in identifying and developing new customer opportunities.
• Participate in customer and sales meetings to promote LCL solutions and expertise.
• Partner with Customer Care and Operational Care teams to ensure customer requirements are met through high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and manage product PNL, proactively addressing discrepancies, while maintaining and updating LCL selling rates to support competitive customer quotations.
• Negotiate trucking and Container Freight Station (CFS) rates with service providers to optimise product yield while maintaining service quality.
• Develop tailor-made logistics solutions aligned with customer requirements and market opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with co-loaders and key service partners.
• Manage cargo flows and select the most efficient transportation solutions to maximise profitability and service performance.
• Deliver regular product training and knowledge-sharing sessions to colleagues involved in LCL activities, while supporting strategic initiatives and additional tasks as required by management.

What we would like you to bring

• Strong knowledge of LCL products, pricing, and operational processes.
• Degree qualification or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Experience leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled technologies to support decision-making, optimize processes, and drive business improvements.
• Commercial mindset with experience in supplier negotiations and yield management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and co-loaders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience driving business growth and supporting sales activities.
